Does The P-Shot Work & Other Questions
The P-Shot has revolutionised men’s intimate health. This non-invasive treatment is responsible for changing the lives of men all over the world.
But with such incredible stories and testimonials, there is often some scepticism. Can an injection really help overcome erectile dysfunction? Can anything actually help Peyronie’s Disease long-term? And can an injection ever make your penis bigger?
In this blog, we answer some of the key questions you might have about the P-Shot.
The P-Shot In Brief
The P-Shot is a pioneering treatment that is most commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction issues, such as the inability to get or maintain an erection.
As well as helping with erectile dysfunction, P-Shot results enhance sexual function and help with concerns such as Peyronie’s Disease, weak erections, premature ejaculation, and decreased sensation.
Some men have even reported an increase in penis size after undergoing this treatment.
The treatment uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections to repair damaged tissue and promote penile tissue growth. Experts have found that PRP injections can successfully combat erectile problems because PRP contains cell-regenerating growth factors essential for treating ED.
Whilst the idea of an injection into your penis might sound painful, a local anaesthetic is applied to make the procedure comfortable and pain-free. You will usually have between 2 – 5 injections of PRP into your penis to ensure the best results.
Although it might feel slightly tender at the injection site for a couple of hours, things will feel normal within 24 hours. The results of the treatment appears in stages. Within the first 24 hours, many men notice an improvement in sensation and sensitivity, and within 2 to 3 months, men have an improved ability to sustain an erection and have a heightened sexual drive.
What The P-Shot Can Help With
Erectile Dysfunction – The encouragement of healthy tissue re-growth and better blood flow helps to overcome erectile dysfunction, and you should experience stronger erections that last for longer.
Peyronie’s Disease – This treatment can help to straighten out your penis, a common side effect of Peyronie’s Disease, and make sex pain-free.
Penile Sensation – The P-Shot results in heightened sensitivity because it increases blood flow to the penis, enhancing sensitivity and arousal.
Strong, Longer Erections – This increase in blood flow can also provide better erections. P-Shot results are associated with regenerative therapy helping men overcome erectile dysfunction. In many cases, men reliant on medication to get and sustain an erection no longer need to take anything after their P-Shot treatment.
Penis Size – Some sources suggest that the injection can increase your penis size by as much as 10 – 20% in length and girth.
Does The P-Shot Really Work?
The simple answer is a resounding yes!
Most patients who come with expectations to treat all of the issues outlined in this blog report positive outcomes. Many men who have suffered from ED for years and rely heavily on medication to maintain their sex lives report either reducing their dosage or stopping taking it altogether.
Some of our most successful stories have even made national news, such as Robert, an army veteran whose penis was damaged in an explosion when a vehicle that he was in ran over a road mine. The subsequent explosion caused a metal bar to tear through his penis. He ended up having emergency surgery to save his penis, which resulted in losing two inches in length and left him struggling to get and maintain an erection.
The stitches also left unsightly bumps, making him feel self-conscious about his appearance. After having several operations over the years, including tissue regeneration surgery, he was still unhappy with the size, look, and function of his penis.
He searched for a treatment that would help to regain his lost inches and improve the appearance of his penis and help him get and maintain an erection. After reading about the P-Shot, he was confident that he had found the answer.
After just one treatment, Robert felt the difference in the bedroom, saying:
I’m having the best sex I’ve ever had. I’ve physically changed, I’m stronger down there, but by far the best result is that my penis has grown 1.5 inches in length, taking it up to 7.5 inches.
The procedure was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. I was surprised to find I had a strong erection just 30 minutes after the procedure – I didn’t expect results that fast.
It has definitely improved my sex life, and it has heightened my overall sexual experience.

How Long Does The P-Shot Last?
Positive results can be seen after just one treatment and the results typically last between 12 – 18 months. The treatment takes about 60 minutes (most of which is actually spent waiting for the PRP to be spun in the centrifuge), and clients can resume normal activity on the same day.
By improving the blood supply and triggering tissue regeneration, patients notice an increase in the ability to get an erection and maintain the firmness of erections.
Some may not notice results immediately, but be patient because, within 3 months, you will see all the benefits in full. Maintenance treatments are recommended as this will prolong the results long term.
Are There Any Side Effects?
Fortunately, there are no major side effects reported, and because you are using PRP from your blood, it is very well tolerated.
You might experience slight swelling or bruising, but this will be minimal and should subside very quickly.
