Below, we look at everything you need to know – from our process, and the science behind it, to all the pressing FAQs.
Penis Fillers: Our Process
Wondering what to expect before and after penis fillers? At Elite Aesthetics, we use a renowned combination of PRP and penis fillers to create long-lasting results that live up to expectations and transform patients’ outlooks.
Although the results are not permanent, they should be carefully considered. There are numerous penis enlargement alternatives available, and it’s important to understand exactly what to expect before and after penile fillers to ensure this is the correct decision for you.
Here’s what you need to know.
Prior to the appointment
We recommend that anyone interested in penis fillers first speak with one of our patient coordinators. Here is an opportunity for us to discuss the many possibilities (not all penile fillers are created equal) and provide thorough information on each. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about what happens before and after the penis fillers are administered. When you have enough information, you can make a final decision and schedule an appointment. If you’re interested in getting penis fillers, our practice can be found in Kent, just outside of London.
During the telephone consultation, the doctor will review your medical history and advise on the best treatment for you as well as the results you may obtain. The doctor will also advise on treatments to fit within your budget. 0% finance is available.
What is PRP?
PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma; it’s used as a penis filler, and in a wide range of other procedures. The platelets are taken from your own blood, which is put into our centrifuge in order to remove the red blood cells.
These days, PRP has a lot of different uses. From penile filler to facial rejuvenation, hair loss treatment, and speeding up healing for musculoskeletal injuries, it’s a fascinating (and natural) treatment for tissue engineering.
When PRP is used in penis fillers, it’s generally referred to as a P-shot…
What Does the P-Shot Do?
Since PRP is so effective at stimulating tissue growth, the P-shot is widely utilised for penis enhancement, and its ability to combat erectile dysfunction. This is largely down to a combined effect of increased blood flow and boosted tissue repairs within the body – an effect that we consider makes the P-Shot superior to other penis fillers on the market today.
As those effects bring about strong results, the emotional benefits are thought to enhance them, and improve the patient’s experience further. This is what makes the subject of erectile dysfunction treatment and penis enlargement using stem cells such a fascinating area of study – the fact that, using the patient’s own stem cells as filler, we can increase girth and aid in improving sexual performance, whether dysfunction is an emotional or physical problem.
The full list of applications for PRP is still being explored by researchers around the world, but a comprehensive review published in the Journal of ExtraCorporeal Technology identified many direct and indirect advantages, from fillers to wound healing.
Is PRP Safe?
Provided it’s administered by a professional, PRP is very safe. Since it is created from your own blood, there’s no risk of rejection or complications when PRP and penile fillers (such as hyaluronic acid) are used together.
What’s the best penis filler?
Hyaluronic acid (HA). Dr Shirin has been studying the latest penile treatments for many years, and considers HA to offer the best results (in terms of quality and duration) for our patients, particularly when used in combination with the P-shot.
Her results have made her the leading specialist for penile procedures.
What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally within the body, and it plays a pivotal role in skin health and appearance – after all, around half of the body’s own hyaluronic acid is found within the skin. Reduced levels of hyaluronic acid are associated with age, and common signs of ageing like wrinkles and loss of elasticity.
Approved for use in UK penis fillers, synthetic hyaluronic acid introduces more firmness and elasticity just under the skin by boosting water content. This filler can store up to 1,000 times its own weight in water, which creates the best results available today. Girth is increased in a way that feels very natural, whether the penis is flaccid or erect – exactly why this represents one of the most popular penis treatments in the UK today.
We only utilise premium hyaluronic acid fillers to ensure longevity of results, and combining with PRP further enhances the results and longevity.
How often do you need hyaluronic acid fillers?
It depends on where they are used in the body, in what quantity, and what your desired outcome is. When it comes to penile fillers, hyaluronic acid tends to last between 1 and 2 years. We’ve found results to last longer when penile fillers are used alongside PRP.
What exactly is the cannula technique?
A more comfortable and efficient alternative to a sharp needle – one that is also valued in facial aesthetic injections. Practically all prominent aesthetic doctors utilise a cannula rather than a needle.
A cannula has a blunt tip and requires fewer entry points. Because it has a blunt tip, there is essentially little bruising compared to the average level of bruising seen in the penis after needle insertion. It is also significantly safer.
Aesthetically, the outcomes are far superior, with less risk of lump and bump formation, which is often linked with needle injection. For instance, this comparative study into precision in dermal filling found that the cannula consistently produced better (more precise) results.
What are the prices of penis enlargement injections?
Penile Fillers with PRP start at £3000, making them much more affordable than penis augmentation surgery.
Depending on the type of filler used, most penis fillers last between one and two years.
Following your appointment
Our approach represents a minimally invasive procedure that is well tolerated by the vast majority of patients. Because Elite Aesthetics works using a cannula (rather than a needle), recovery time is short, and you can return to work immediately.
Penis fillers usually take 7 to 10 days to settle. As a result, we advise that all sexual activity, including masturbation, be avoided during this time.
The volume of filler injected, and the initial size of your penis are two elements that will influence the outcome. Most patients, however, notice a 2-5cm difference in size after obtaining their penis fillers. The longer your penis, the more filling you’ll need. Most patients will receive up to 10ml on their first session.
We do not advocate 10ml or more of penis filler in your initial treatment, as some other doctors do. This is due to the fact that after the fillers, you must massage the penis to ensure even dispersion of the filler. (We will show you how to do it correctly.) This is more difficult to accomplish when very large quantities are placed at the same time.
Of course, you will notice an improvement right away, and it will continue to improve for several weeks after penile fillers as they fully integrate into the tissues and the hyaluronic acid absorbs water.
Penis Fillers: Commonly Asked Questions
Anyone considering this procedure for the first time will no doubt have many questions. Here are some of the most popular FAQs patients bring to us.
How common are penis fillers?
Much more common than you might think. Dr Shirin Lakhani, has been working at the forefront of her practice for many years, honing the leading techniques to ensure patients see the results they’ve been hoping for – both physically, and mentally.
Some studies suggest that more than 45% of men feel unhappy with the size of their penis. Similarly, more than 52% of men experience erectile dysfunction at some point in their lifetime and, often, penile fillers represent one of the most reliable erectile dysfunction treatments.
Is it safe to use penis fillers?
There’s very little that can go wrong, provided you choose a reputable and experienced doctor to work with, since penile fillers with PRP is a minimally invasive process. Anyone who offers penile implants at a cost that feels ‘too good to be true’, or promises results that seem to go above and beyond what feels realistic should be avoided, or you may experience complications ranging from infection to granulomas (small bumps beneath the skin).
Other side effects are generally short-lived and manageable. Swelling is common but, with the right aftercare, this won’t last long. Part of the benefit offered by hyaluronic penile fillers is the natural, smooth feel they create in the penis.
How noticeable are penis fillers?
Results inevitably vary between patients and treatments but, generally, you can expect to see an additional 1 inch added to girth. An increase in length can happen, but it is quite rare.
Do penis fillers hurt?
There can be a little discomfort as the penile filler is injected, but our use of the cannula technique ensures that discomfort is very minor, and recovery is made easier thanks to reduced swelling (compared with the use of needles).
Using a nerve block to ensure you have a comfortable treatment is key.
What to Expect Before And After Penis Fillers?
During the telephone consultation, the doctor will review your medical history and advise on the best treatment for you as well as the results you may obtain. The doctor will also advise on treatments to fit within your budget. 0% finance on penis fillers is available.
How long does it take to recover after penis enlargement injections?
Fillers do not require a general anaesthetic. To ensure that patients are as comfortable as possible, we provide a block anaesthetic near the base of the penis to numb it. This approach provides patients with the most comfortable experience possible. A local anaesthetic is also present in the hyaluronic acid.
Penis fillers are ideal for busy men who don’t have time to rest for long periods of time.
You can return to work right away. Your penis may be a little sore after penile filler because it might cause bruising and swelling. Your penis will be thicker in both the flaccid and erect phases after this settles down. Erections are beneficial because they help to oxygenate the penis and promote recovery.
How can you hasten healing after a penis filler?
There are a few things you can do to promote healthy penile healing after fillers, such as:
- Avoid sex for 10 days
This ensures that the penis recovers properly, and that the fillers produce the greatest possible outcome. Having sex too soon might induce filler migration, which could cause lumps and bumps to form, which may necessitate additional treatment.
- Massage your penis
Following your appointment for penis fillers, it is strongly advised that you massage your penis to guarantee the greatest potential outcome. Use your hands, looking for lumps and bumps that can be rubbed away. Massage for at least one to two minutes, five or six times per day.
If you observe any filler gathering near the foreskin (assuming you are not circumcised), maintain the penis as upright in the pants as possible.
How long does it take to fully recover from penis filler?
Penis fillers recover in a fairly short period of time, which is why many men choose them. After ten days, you will be able to resume sexual activity with a thicker penis.
At Elite Aesthetics, we exclusively utilise tried-and-true techniques. We never utilise filler that could be harmful to the genitals.
How long is penis enlargement effective?
It depends on the type of filler used. Our process tends to ensure results that last between 1 and 2 years. If you choose a filler that only lasts six months, the therapy will be expensive, and you will be unlikely to keep up with the appointments, which is why we recommend our premium fillers.
In most situations, a “deep tissue filler” is used to fill the penis. Because they stay longer than other hyaluronic acids, these fillers are employed in the cheeks and are acceptable for the penis.
How long should I wait for a new penis filler?
Top-ups of penile filler are a reality of hyaluronic acid penis augmentation. This is due to the slow breakdown of hyaluronic acid in the body.
