As the nose is in the very centre of the face, asymmetries can appear more pronounced on and around the nose, and can cause significant insecurity. While in the past, surgical rhinoplasty was seen as the only option for many patients, the developments in non-surgical aesthetics in recent years now mean that we can help to correct a number of issues that can cause insecurity about your appearance, without the need for surgical intervention. This is a treatment that is changing the lives of our clients in the London, Maidstone, Sidcup, Orpington, Dartford, Kings Hill and Kent areas, as well as our clients from further afield.
As one of the specialist dermal filler procedures we offer at Elite Aesthetics, we use high quality and market leading fillers to ensure we can get safe, accurate and beautiful results for all of our clients. The most popular and safest form of dermal fillers, and the type we use at Elite Aesthetics, are hyaluronic acid based. A naturally occurring substance in the body, hyaluronic acid can attract and hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water, making it a safe and natural form of filler. It is perfect for creating beautiful and natural-looking results for our non surgical nose job patients as it is subtle, precise, easily mouldable and biodegradable. A natural enzyme called hyaluronidase exists in the body which breaks down hyaluronic acid, causing the filler to biodegrade over time. However this makes the treatment much safer as the body reacts in a natural way to the filler, so there is a lower chance of a poor or allergic reaction, making hyaluronic filler the safest filler material available.
We have chosen the brands of filler we stock very carefully to ensure our clients are getting the best possible comfort, results, safety and value when they come for a dermal filler treatment, such as non surgical nose job, with us. The types of nose filler we stock are Teosyal by Teoxane, Ellanse, Restylane and Juvederm’s premium Vycross range. All of the filler types have their own specific strengths, and Dr. Shirin has an in-depth knowledge of the best uses for each of them. Teosyal fillers are specifically designed to work and to last in the areas of the face we move the most, like the lips and cheeks, while Ellanse filler (our only non-hyaluronic filler) not only helps create volume, but also boosts collagen production in the surrounding area, making them ideal for treating the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Restylane is one of the leaders in the dermal filler market, and has an excellent reputation among patients and practitioners alike. Juvederm Vycross is Juvederm’s premium range of dermal fillers, and are designed to last longer than other types of dermal filler, while also being smooth and easy to inject and mould.
We are proud to be able to offer the non-surgical nose job at Elite Aesthetics, with all of these treatments being carried out by our experienced cosmetic specialist and practice leader Dr. Shirin Lakhani. Non surgical nose job treatments work by using a tiny needle to inject small amount of hyaluronic filler very precisely into the nose. Using her medical expertise and in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, Dr. Shirin is able to tailor your procedure to you specifically. By injecting and then massaging and sculpting the filler, she can direct the filler to very precise areas of the nose, to create a smoother, more symmetrical appearance.
This is an excellent, affordable option for people who want to change the shape or appearance of their nose but do not want surgery. Benefits include : results are instant; there is minimal excessive downtime, no general anaesthetic. Prices from £425.
Non surgical nose job can have some amazing results – but being realistic – it must have some limitations?
The honest answer is yes, of course, there are some things that you just can’t do without surgery.
Fillers cannot physically reduce the size of your nose, straighten a wonky nose or make a wide nose narrower – but they can make these issues much less noticeable!
When completed by a skilled and experienced aesthetic doctor the fillers can be strategically used to give the illusion of a smaller, straighter or narrower nose. Reducing the impact they have on your appearance and improving your self-confidence without the risks, pain and permanence of a surgical procedure.

Nose fillers and Nose Threads can last up to 2 years. The reason is that the nose has fewer muscles compared to other parts of the face and therefore the fillers take longer to dissolve than say fillers in the lip.
It is essential that the doctor performing your treatment is highly experienced and is able to show you photos of their previous results. Ideally they should be Save Face Registered and have received their Excellence award, much like Elite Aesthetics. Finding a clinic that is CQC registered will ensure that there is oversight on the patient care provided and that high standards are maintained at all time.
Many people search for “non surgical nose job near me” – we are based in a discretely located clinic with good transport links and free parking for all our patients. Based in Greenhithe, Kent near Bluewater Shopping Centre. Or just 22 Minutes from St Pancras Train Station.
At Elite Aesthetics, we are dedicated to ensuring the comfort and safety of all of our patients, and so precede every treatment we carry out with a full, in-depth consultation with Dr. Shirin Lakhani. Dr. Shirin is a highly experienced doctor and an industry leader in the field of non-surgical aesthetics, and carries out all of our non-surgical rhinoplasty treatments. During your consultation, Dr. Shirin will take time to get to know you, and understand exactly what it is you want to see from your procedure with us.
These kinds of treatments are as much an art as they are a science, something that Dr. Shirin is experienced in, and incredibly passionate about. Each non-surgical rhinoplasty is different, and varies depending on each individual’s concerns, as well as their natural face shape. The consultation process gives Dr. Shirin the opportunity to fully understand how to treat you to give you the best results possible, and make sure you get the perfect nose for you.
On the day of your treatment, you will be welcomed into our private Kent clinic by our friendly staff. You can opt for a local anaesthetic cream, which Dr. Shirin will apply to the area. She will then inject the filler into specific areas on the nose, depending on your personal concerns. Usually, around 1 ml of filler is used for a non-surgical rhinoplasty treatment. All of the dermal filler types we stock contain a local anaesthetic to improve your comfort during treatment. During the injection process, you may experience slight discomfort while the filler is injected, though this is generally not too uncomfortable for the majority of our clients.
After treatment, results will be visible instantly. You should avoid touching the area for around 24 hours to give the filler time to settle, and avoid putting pressure on the area for around a week, as the filler is still malleable. If possible, you should avoid wearing glasses or sunglasses for extended periods of time, as this can also affect the shape of the filler. You may experience a little redness, swelling or bruising after treatment, but this is not usually particularly painful or noticeable, and generally fades after two to three days. The effects of non-surgical rhinoplasty generally lasts from between six and eighteen months, but can last up to two years. This depends on how much the area is moved and the type and volume of filler used, but is also impacted by the natural levels of hyaluronidase – the enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid – in the body.
