Elite Aesthetics was founded by Dr Shirin Lakhani MBBS MRCGP DRCOG, a GP and fully trained aesthetic physician. Our aim is to provide affordable aesthetic treatments without compromising on quality. We only use high-quality, industry-leading branded products in our clinic, although this is not reflected in our prices.
Dr. Shirin is passionate about bringing the same quality of care she provides in her everyday medical practice to the field of aesthetics. Under her direction, Elite Aesthetics has a strong ethical standpoint, and firmly believe that there should be greater regulation of the aesthetics industry to ensure that all practitioners are adequately trained.
Our team of aesthetics experts are highly qualified and fully insured, to give you peace of mind that your treatment with us is always safe, comfortable and creates beautiful, natural-looking results.
Dr Shirin Lakhani
Advanced Aesthetic Doctor
Dr. Shirin graduated from Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals in London, in 1999. She has worked as an NHS doctor since then, gaining experience in several hospital specialities including medicine, general surgery, urology and accident & emergency, before training as an anaesthetist. After starting a family, Dr. Shirin pursued a career in General Practice and has obtained various postgraduate qualifications, including certificates in minor surgery and aesthetics.
Dr Rasheed Mosaheb
Aesthetic Doctor
Dr Rasheed completed his medical studies in 2002 and practised as a GP with an interest in Dermatology and cosmetics in his native country prior to moving to the UK .
Dr Elgerta Ismaili
Aesthetic Doctor
Dr. Elle Ismaili is a gynaecologist and aesthetic doctor who also serves as a medical lecturer and examiner at a university.
Dr Elle specialises in Women’s and Men’s Health. She provides a full range of services for hormonal issues, period problems, fertility issues, and sexual concerns.
Dr Elle is a member of European Society of Aesthetic Gynaecology. She is skilled in all aspects of aesthetic medicine, including face rejuvenation, wrinkle relaxing treatments, fillers, BHRT, and the O and P shots.
Dr Shirin personally trained and selected her for many medical procedures, including the O Shot and P Shot.
Melanie Cuddon
Assistant Manager
Melanie re-joins the Elite Aesthetics team as Assistant Manager and PA to Dr Shirin Lakhani. With several years’ experience within the Cosmetic industry and private healthcare sector, Melanie has worked and represented some of the most high-profile Doctors and Consultants in London and the Southeast.
Melanie prides herself in her ability to provide the highest level of care and communication, to ensure each patient’s journey is seamless. Whilst working closely alongside Dr Shirin, Melanie also oversees new enquiries, and ensuring our existing and new patients feel welcomed and very well-looked after in the clinic.
In addition to her vast knowledge and experience, Melanie is currently working towards an Executive PA Diploma qualification.
Rebecca Jerrom
Aesthetician
Rebecca has over 10 years experience in the Aesthetic industry, working with leading Brands and Technology to gain full knowledge in order to give her patients the most suitable and honest treatments.
Rebecca’s most popular treatment is our HydraFacial Ultimate; which treats and corrects skin concerns using targeted boosters such as acne and pigmentation.
Her passion is seeing her patient’s confidence grow.
Monique Budden
Clinic Manager
Monique has over 10 years’ experience in luxury customer service based in London and Kent. She has a BSc in Media and Communication from London Metropolitan University. She has a natural interest for the Aesthetic Industry and is skilled at listening to patients, understanding their wants and desires and helping them achieve their goals.
Monique ensures all staff are supported and motivated while fulfilling the highest standard of care for all patients. Monique helps set the strategic direction and is constantly working on how to improve the patient experience. She is responsible for increasing the clinics awareness and ensure the clinic maintains their high standard of quality and care.

Elite is an outstanding professional clinic with high standard treatments. All the staff members are friendly and offer you honest opinions when it comes to products and treatments. Thank you Dr Shirin, the O Shot has really helped me with my Lichen Sclerosus. I'd heard about the treatment on the LS Facebook Groups and message a few people that had treatment with Dr Shirin. I was like many in the group who had run out of treatment options and using creams on a daily basis. I have to say a few months after treatment, I can see a real positive change and I'm hoping my LS will continue to improve. Dr Shirin did say that I might have to have a second treatment given how severe my case is.
