Ellansé is a collagen-stimulating filler, creating long-lasting results by inducing natural collagen production. Within the Ellansé product profile, there are 4 subtypes available;

Ellansé is used for sub-dermal correction of wrinkles and other facial ageing signs. Ellansé is designed for use in the deeper layers of the skin, to give the optimal effect. We recommend your physician to diagnose where and how much is required. This can vary amongst patients, depending on the extent of ageing and the desired effect.
Ellansé is CE approved (approved health and safety profile for use across the EU). Ellansé has high clinical safety experience2. The safety is related to physician techniques and patient reaction to the treatment and product.
Ellansé is a collagen stimulating filler, that is naturally reabsorbed by the body. Ellansé is for immediate and lasting correction of wrinkles, and the signs of facial ageing and conditions. Ellansé stimulates collagen production that naturally regenerates volume and restores the shape that time has taken away.
A typical Ellansé treatment will take approximately 30 minutes or more, depending on the treatment areas, the amount of product being used, and the technique of the physician administering the treatments
With Ellansé®, you will see both immediate and long-term effects. Immediate effects include; increased volume in the treated areas, correction of folds and wrinkles, and facial contouring.
Long-term effects come from the collagen stimulation. Ellansé stimulates collagen production in the skin, which provides long-term benefits, helping the skin regain what has naturally been lost with age. Therefore, once the actual Ellansé fillers have naturally been reabsorbed by the body over time, you may continue to see beneficial, long-lasting effects from the treatment.
Ellansé is composed of microspheres suspended in a carrier gel, the gel consists of Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) and the microspheres PolyCaproLactone (PCL). The PCL microsphere is a dense round particle. The CMC is a gel carrier for the PCL, made from non-animal, human or bacterial sources.
The chain length of the PCL attribute to the longevity of Ellansé results. This varying length of the PCL makes it possible to ‘tune’ the duration of the treatment1.

- Bruising may be reduced with the application of ice packs immediately following treatment.
- In order to see the final result, it is important to wait until any of the injection related symptoms have resolved.
- You should talk to your doctor if you experience any side effect or have questions after your treatment.
- After ELLANSÉ® has been injected, the treating physician may mold and gently massage the product in place.
- It is not advised for you to do any further massage to the treated area.
- Before your treatment, avoid using aspirin to reduce the risk of bruising.
- Avoid applying makeup to the treated area for the next 24 hours after treatment.
- Avoid vigorous exercise, sun and heat exposure for 3 days after treatment.
Each Ellansé® product has an estimated duration time however, this can vary depending on the treatment type, where the product is administered and individual differences. The durations are good estimations; however, each physician will have their own preferred schedule to monitor your fillers over time, determine patient satisfaction, and to determine when different top ups need to occur for the maintenance of your desired look.
A treatment takes approximately 30 minutes allowing you to go straight back to your normal daily life.
