Have you considered a Blepharoplasty to reduce the drooping around your eyelids? Do you feel like your eyes age you unnecessarily, but you are scared at the prospect of going under the knife? Here at Elite Aesthetics we can totally relate to this, the feeling that you want to try and better yourself without the risk of surgery.

Luckily for our patients we have the answer and it doesn’t involve surgery yet we achieve incredible results with this procedure. Its called PLEXR and we can achieve great results for you with this Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). There are also many others conditions we can treat with PLEXR, from skin lesions to tattoo removal and sunspots. Thinking of being treated for sagging eyelids? PLEXR is a fairly quick treatment with instant results, so for a patient who has been suffering for years with a condition that knocks their confidence this can really have profound effects.

In terms of the procedure itself it could be done in your lunch hour, as it normally takes less than 30 minutes to perform. Results are instant although notable difference can be seen after 3 weeks. To attain the very best results that are similar to surgery we recommend 3 treatments at 6 weekly intervals.

There’s absolutely no scalpels or sutures involved. We do apply local anesthetic cream about 30 minutes prior to the procedure to minimise any discomfort. For other areas, local anesthetic cream or injections may be used to provide numbness. The treatment may feel hot in places and there may be a tingling or burning sensation afterwards.

Following a PLEXR treatment, tiny dark brown/black spots appear. This is a carbon crust left behind when the excess skin has been vaporized – a bit like when lightening hits the ground and leaves a black spot. Swelling is common and often lasts several days and can be quite significant around the eyes. Following treatment, there is no pain, and results improve over the next few weeks.

If you are considering this treatment and would like to know more about the potential benefits, the procedure and post treatment downtime etc please don’t hesitate to book in for a one on one consultation with Dr Shirin Lakhani who is the official UK Ambassador and trainer for PLEXR. With years of expertise and experience in this field, who better to treat you than Dr Lakhani herself.

Plexr treatments cost from £150 per treatment, with non-surgical blepharoplasty costing from £1200.
