Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty

Its called PLEXR and we can achieve great results for you with this Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). In terms of the procedure itself it could be done in your lunch hour, as it normally takes less than 30 minutes to perform. Results are instant although notable difference can be seen after 3 weeks. To attain the very best results that are similar to surgery we recommend 3 treatments at 6 weekly intervals.

There’s absolutely no scalpels or sutures involved. We do apply local anesthetic cream about 30 minutes prior to the procedure to minimise any discomfort. For other areas, local anesthetic cream or injections may be used to provide numbness. The treatment may feel hot in places and there may be a tingling or burning sensation afterwards.

Following a PLEXR treatment, tiny dark brown/black spots appear. This is a carbon crust left behind when the excess skin has been vaporized – a bit like when lightening hits the ground and leaves a black spot. Swelling is common and often lasts several days and can be quite significant around the eyes. Following treatment, there is no pain, and results improve over the next few weeks.
