Non Surgical Nose Jobs
Have you ever wished your nose was different? Whether you think it’s too big, too small or you wish it didn’t have a bump – you’re definitely not alone! More than 220,000 nose jobs are done in the UK and USA each year – making it one of the most popular surgical procedures.
But not everyone who dislikes their nose is willing to go under the knife. If you’re fed up and frustrated with feeling unhappy with your face and spending hours each day with your contouring palette, what options do you have?
You could have surgery, even though you’re not sure about it – or, you could have a non surgical nose job!
Using dermal fillers – and without surgery- you can change the shape of your nose, giving it a more aesthetically pleasing look and helping you to feel more confident in your appearance. It’s quick, non-invasive and has minimal recovery time too.

What Can A Non Surgical Nose Job Do?
While you might be able to hide bad skin with concealer or disguise thin lips with carefully applied lip liner – it’s harder to cover up a problem with your nose! But a non surgical nose job could be the answer.
Using dermal fillers, similar to those used in lip enhancements or anti-ageing treatments, we can make your nose look thinner, lift the tip of your nose or even make a hooked or “bumpy” nose look better. Just small changes to your nose can have a big impact on the way you look – boosting your confidence and improving how happy you are with your face.
The results last between 12-18 months, or longer with top-up appointments, making it an ideal non surgical solution.
What Can It NOT Do?
Non surgical rhinoplasty can have some amazing results – but being realistic – it must have some limitations?
The honest answer is yes, of course, there are some things that you just can’t do without surgery.
Fillers cannot physically reduce the size of your nose, straighten a wonky nose or make a wide nose narrower – but they can make these issues much less noticeable!
When completed by a skilled and experienced aesthetic doctor the fillers can be strategically used to give the illusion of a smaller, straighter or narrower nose. Reducing the impact they have on your appearance and improving your self-confidence without the risks, pain and permanence of a surgical procedure.
Does Non Surgical Nose Job Hurt?
This is usually the next big thing that people want to know: does it hurt? You’ve seen the videos of people undergoing nose jobs, the black eyes and pain-filled recovery… is a non surgical nose job the same?
Absolutely not. While it’s not completely pain-free, non surgical rhinoplasty is much more comfortable.
All the fillers we use for non-surgical rhinoplasty contain a local anaesthetic. You might experience a mild pinching sensation as the needle pierces the skin and a strong pressure as the filler is injected. But overall, most people find the whole procedure most tolerable – and MUCH less painful than a surgery!
Is It Safe?
Cosmetic surgeries, like traditional rhinoplasty, can carry high risks due to the very invasive nature of the procedures and the use of general anaesthetics. Is non surgical rhinoplasty the same?
No. Non surgical rhinoplasty is quite different as it is a minimally invasive procedure. It requires no general anaesthetic and is generally considered to be safe.
During a surgical nose job your surgeon may cut open your skin and break or chisel the bone to reshape it. But with non surgical rhinoplasty we use dermal filler to shape, smooth or change the appearance of your nose.
The procedure uses FDA approved dermal fillers – similar to those that are used for lip enhancements and wrinkle reduction treatments.
As with all procedures, there are some small risks, but when carried out by a qualified and experienced cosmetic specialist a non surgical nose job is usually safe and successful.
How Long Does The Procedure Take & What About Recovery?
The treatment itself takes only 10-15 minutes, meaning you can squeeze it into your busy schedule. There’s no need to take time off work for recovery and you could even fit the procedure into your lunch break! Plus the results are noticeable immediately!
One of the best things about a non surgical nose job is that unlike surgical rhinoplasty, there’s no prolonged recovery time needed! You don’t have to wear a nose splint, you won’t get black eyes and if you do get any swelling or bruising it is usually mild and resolves in a few days.
How Long Do The Results Last?
As non surgical rhinoplasty doesn’t permanently change the structure of your nose, the results will eventually wear off. You should find that the results from one treatment will last for around 12-18 months, depending on the specific issue that is being addressed and the type of filler that’s used. However, the results can easily be extended with “top-up” treatments.
What If You Hate it?
Changing your face is a pretty big decision – what if you have the procedure then hate the results? That’s one of the huge advantages of a non surgical rhinoplasty over surgery. A non surgical nose job can be reversed!
A good aesthetic doctor will work with you to ensure that you understand what the treatment can and cannot do and that you have a clear idea of the results you can expect. In all the years of providing this procedure, we’ve never once been asked to reverse our own work – but the important thing is that we could! By injecting a special enzyme that dissolves the filler we could “undo” your rhinoplasty and return your nose to its original appearance.
How Much Does Non Surgical Nose Job Cost?
If you think a non surgical nose job might be for you then you’re probably wondering how much it will cost?
Surgical nose jobs are not cheap. With a good surgeon, surgical rhinoplasty will set you back between £4000-£7000!
But non surgical rhinoplasty is much more affordable. Here at Elite Aesthetics, our prices start from just £475 – giving you a safe and affordable solution – and nose that you love!
How To Choose A Good Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Clinic?
As with all aesthetic procedures, choosing a reputable clinic is essential if you want a good result from your dermal nose job.
There’s more to non surgical rhinoplasty than just injecting filler. Your doctor needs to be experienced in order to know what will and won’t work for your specific nose type and goals. They need to have extensive knowledge of the different types of fillers to be able to select the ones that are best suited to your unique needs. They need to be skilled at carrying out the actual procedure, ensuring that you get the best results and they need to be fully trained, qualified and insured to keep your safe and give you complete peace of mind.
