Implants 

Implants require the placement of semi-rigid or inflatable devices within your penis to increase size and rigidity during erections. The procedure involves making a small incision into your penis to insert a penile implant.

Penile Traction Therapy

Fillers are a non-surgical option that involves the injection of substances like hyaluronic acid (HA) into the penis to increase girth. What to Expect From Your Penile Enhancement Procedure

On the day of your appointment, you will be invited into our private and relaxing treatment room, where your doctor will take a blood sample from your arm. This will then be taken away for a double spin in our centrifuge so that your doctor can extract the PRP serum. This will then be used in combination with your HA filler. 

Before any injections occur, a local anaesthetic is applied so that you do not experience any discomfort. We also use a cannula, as opposed to a needle, when administering injections. Cannulas have proven to be far more comfortable for patients, as they have a blunt tip and require fewer entry points. The blunt tip means very little bruising when compared to the average level of bruising seen in the penis after needle insertion. 

You are required to abstain from sex for 10 days, as this ensures that the penis has time to recover properly and that the fillers produce the greatest possible outcome. Having sex too soon might induce filler migration, which could cause lumps and bumps to form, which may necessitate additional treatment.

To reduce the chances of filler gathering in specific areas of the penis, causing lumps and bumps to appear, you are advised to massage your penis for at least one to two minutes, five or six times per day. 

This penile enlargement procedure can last between 1 and 2 years, and its longevity is often due to the type of filler used and the combination of a PRP treatment.
